Vulcan’s second project in Yesler Terrace Cypress is pre-leasing to the public and there are still affordable units available!

To qualify for one of the affordable units, household income needs to fall between 65% – 80% of the King County Area Median Income.  Please refer to the PDF attachment for examples of income limits.

All units in the building have the same finishes, and the workforce units are mixed throughout the building unmarked. There are no differences between the market and workforce units other than the monthly rent.

If you are interested in one of these units, please contact our leasing office as soon as possible because the units will go fast!  Units are available to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis, so please help spread the word to friends and neighbors who are looking for housing and encourage them to apply!
